Marina Information

The Rhode Island Yacht Club has a beautiful 90 slip marina with metered 120v and potable, filtered water, and can accommodate boats up to almost any size. We also have a large mooring field. The Club also has available for rent space for members' dinghys and kayaks, and with the convenience of ice for sale and showers, the RIYC has pretty much everything you'll need.

During the boating season, our professional dock staff are ready to assist you and your crew, and our launch service makes reacing the mooring field very convenient.

*Please note: the RIYC marina does not have a fuel dock, and refueling any boat while in the marina is stricly prohibited.

Slips and moorings are available to members based on their seniority and may be in high demand. Please contact our Fleet Captain at [email protected] with any questions regarding the marina or availability of slips or moorings.

Our members also have free access to the club's satellite moorings in Potter Cove, Newport Harbor, and East Greenwich. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and the club's burgee must be flown at all times while on one of the club's satellite moorings (other restrictions and requirement may apply).

Non-Members may request an available RIYC slip or mooring for transient/temporary periods through Dockwa.
