*NOTE: From April 15 to November 15, parking lot access is restricted to Active Members with a parking lot sticker clearly displayed. Any vehicle that does not clearly display the RIYC parking lot sticker from April 15 to November 15, will be towed at the owners expense.
AGREEMENT
I wish to become a member of the Rhode Island Yacht Club (the “Club”). I acknowledge that as a condition for application for Membership to consent to release to the Club the results of a BCI background check for the applicant and spouse\significant other, if applicable. I agree to abide by the Constitution, Bylaws and House Rules of the Club, as set forth in the annual Club Year- book. In particular, when under contract for vessel anchorage at the Club, I agree to maintain, at all times, adequate and current boat insurance and deliver proof thereof to the Fleet Captain. Further, I agree to correspond in writing with the Club’s Secretary on matters of importance, including resignation.
PERSONAL GUARANTEE
I agree and understand that, by signing this form, I am assuming personal liability for any indebtedness incurred by myself, my family, significant other or those authorized by me to act on my behalf. This guarantee will be continuing and irrevocable as long as I remain a member
